Just like a regular human, I too have errands. Today I am buying lab supplies, grocery shopping, laundering clothes, and taking Murphy on another run. I like making one weeknight each week my errand time rather than letting things build up on weekends. That gives me more time on weekends to do fun activities like hiking, surfing, impromptu camping trips, or simply relaxing. I also try to cook my supper most nights. Saving money by not eating out, keeping a healthy lifestyle by knowing what goes into my food, and taking time each day for mental health. For me, eating delicious food each day is a reminder to take care of myself.
