Death Cleaning
Similar to the Swedish mindset of döstädning (literal translation of “death cleaning”), I will help you declutter your life of physical and sentimental possessions while embracing the items that matter most to you. It’s never too early to dispose of unused items before you die.
Space Organizing
I will help you declutter by optimizing the layout and efficiency of your space, and I will make spaces functional for your actual uses by ensuring all items have a designated space.
Legacy Planning
I will help you plan for your end-of-life wishes and estate by guiding you through important legal and financial documents, including Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Health-Care Directive (Living Will), physician’s orders for life-sustaining treatment, organ donation, Letter of Instructions, Last Will and Testament, and others.1
Budgeting
I will help you organize your bills and financial records, create a budget (including online services like YNAB), and discuss options for investments and retirement (e.g., Vanguard, Betterment, life insurance).2

I am commissioned by the Colorado Secretary of State as a Notary Public. Commission ID #20244016973 and expiration date: 05/01/2028.

Services are offered individually or as a combination, depending on the scope and timeline of your project(s). The hourly rate is based on rounding up to 30-minute increments. Consultations are in-person, up to 60 minutes, to discuss the full scope of your project(s) and schedule the project date. For cleaning and organizing projects, the consultation must take place at your project location. Before the project date, I will create a strategy from our consultation discussion. At my discretion, consultation fees can be waived when appropriate. The consultation fee for multiple-service projects will be the highest fee of the involved services. Consultations can last up to 60 minutes, after which time hourly rates apply.
